Projects can take anywhere from a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on the scope. I’ll give you a clear timeline alongside the upfront quote.

Yes, my hourly packages are designed for exactly that. They’re ideal if you’d like someone in your corner regularly to keep things flowing behind the scenes.

One-to-one support call: Non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Bespoke project build: Refunds are not provided once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued, retaining a fee for initial consultation and planning.
Hourly support packages: Non-refundable. Support hours are valid for up to 4 months from the time of purchase.
