  • Walk through a system together (like your booking setup or email platform)

  • Clean up a clunky process

  • Ask anything that’s had you Googling for days

  • Screensharing + live support

  • Summary notes or a recording if helpful

Ongoing Support

If you’d love a trusted tech partner in your corner each month, this is for you. I offer consistent, behind-the-scenes support to help you maintain, evolve, and simplify your systems.

  • I work with a range of platforms including Circle, Teachable, MailChimp, Acuity, Stripe, ActiveCampaign, MailerLite, ConvertKit, Thrivecart, Notion and Squarespace to name a few. If you’re using something else, feel free to ask—I may still be able to help.

  • Not at all. I specialise in supporting people who feel overwhelmed or frustrated with tech. I’ll walk you through everything in a way that feels clear and spacious with no jargon.

  • That’s totally fine. Start by booking a discovery call or sending me a message with what you're looking for—I’ll let you know if I can support you, or point you in the right direction if not.

  • Most projects take 2–3 weeks, depending on scope and how quickly we can gather the materials we need. I’ll give you a clear timeline after our initial planning session.

  • Yes—my ongoing support package is designed for exactly that. It’s ideal if you’d like someone in your corner regularly to keep things flowing behind the scenes. I’m currently offering 3 ongoing support slots.

  • For one-off sessions, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule—any changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refundable.

    For setup packages, I require 50% payment upfront to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due on completion. If you need to cancel before we begin, I’m happy to refund your deposit minus a small admin fee (£30). Once work has started, refunds aren’t typically offered, but I’m always open to a conversation if something unexpected comes up.

    For ongoing support, payment is taken upfront each month. If you’d like to end your support, please let me know before the start of your next billing cycle. Refunds aren’t offered once the month has begun.
